Arriving by car:
From the direction of Berlin:
Take the A2 to the Magdeburg intersection. Then take the A14 towards Halle to the “Magdeburg-Sudenburg” exit. Then, continue on the B81 in the direction of Halberstadt and from there follow the B79/B81 towards Wernigerode. On the autobahn-like B6n, travel towards Wernigerode and Goslar to the “Wernigerode-Nord” exit (not as far as the “Wernigerode-Zentrum” exit).
From the direction of Hanover:
Take the A2 to the Braunschweig-Nord exit. Then take the A291 to the “Braunschweig-Südwest” intersection. Continue on the A39 to the Braunschweig-Süd exit. Follow the A395 towards Goslar/Bad Harzburg until the Vienenburg intersection. Here, you follow the autobahn-like B6n to the “Wernigerode-Nord” exit.
From the direction of Nuremberg / Leipzig:
Take the A9 to the Schkeuditzer intersection. Then take the A14 in the direction of Magdeburg to the Magdeburg-Sudenburg exit. Then, see the description of the directions from Berlin.
From the direction of Frankfurt:
Take the A7 to Rhüden / Harz. Then, continue on the B82 to Goslar. Now, travel along the 241 towards Bad Harzburg and Wernigerode to the B6n. From there, follow the B6/B6n to the “Wernigerode Nord” exit.
Arriving in Wernigerode
Follow the B244 in the direction of Elbingerode until you see the sign “P Gothisches Haus”, which takes your right to us. If your car has a navigation system / GPS, please enter “Oberpfarrkirchhof” as the destination street or the following coordinates: N 51.83280 / E 10.78380.

The Wernigerode main train station is approximately 2 km away and is a regular stop for Regional Express trains. The closest ICE train stations are found in Hanover, Hildesheim, Braunschweig, and Halle / Saale.
