As the sun sets in the evening and the sea and deep blue sky merge, it’s time for real gourmet cuisine. You could start with some homemade ham made from duck breast on apricot sea buckthorn ragout. Or a bouillabaisse of Baltic fish and shrimps. And to follow, what about pink roasted rack of lamb or chicken breast stuffed with herb ricotta?
