This concept has been part of the ethos of the Travel Charme Strandidyll Heringsdorf since 2009, when it became the first hotel in the Travel Charme Group to establish its own local supplier network. As a result, guests enjoy fresher ingredients from the immediate vicinity as well as the taste of the lush green fields and meadows of the Baltic coastal region. Healthy, delicious dining and a nutritious diet is guaranteed, as all products come from sustainable and organic production.
Travel Charme’s three Austrian hotels have also embraced the concept, which is popular with guests and gourmets alike. There is a strong Austrian tradition of sourcing high-quality products from smaller-scale producers and suppliers so the chefs from the Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee, the Travel Charme Ifen Hotel and the Travel Charme Bergresort Werfenweng had no difficulty establishing a network of the best local farmers, bakers, fish farmers and cheese makers. This network guarantees the origin of high-quality products from the local area.
