With the most sacred art of the summertime: barbecuing! There's no better way to round off a summer's day than with a huge barbecue spread, eating in the sunshine and sitting out until the stars appear; a glass of wine in hand, your favourite people around you and the scent of freshly barbecued food mixed with the fragrance of the floral, salty evening air.

With a number of dates to choose from, hotel residents and Kühlungsborn locals are welcome to attend our tutorials on how to cook fish, meat, potatoes and vegetables using a charcoal barbecue, smoker and smoker oven, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
