Terms of payment:
If you visit the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts for the first time we would like to inform you that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.

Terms of Cancellation:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. A booking change is always possible at the actual daily rate. In case of cancellation we charge the following fees:
• Until 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
• 29 days or less prior to arrival: 70% of the total amount
Applicable charges in case of no show or early departure will be 70% of the total amount.
The local visitors tax will be charged individually at the hotel.
