Snow-kiting
In winter, too, the lake is a key source of holiday fun and is often used for the trendy sport of snow-kiting.
Since 2010, it has even had its own licensed snow-kiting school. On taster courses or professional weekends, anyone aged seven or over can try their hand at snow-kiting or improve their skills. Add a bit of variety to your holiday and try something new. Skiing or snowboarding experience is required for this sport.
