Secret tip: the most charming room is the wedding suite on the first floor of the medieval half-timbered building. Built into the age-old building, with beautiful wooden floors and exposed timber beams, here you’ll find an exceedingly refined, lovingly appointed suite, which incidentally also features the best view of the romantic Wernigerode market square and the storybook setting of Wernigerode Castle.
