Our CARNOZET restaurant serves regional Austrian cuisine at its best: honest, authentic, real. Our chef de cuisine, Sascha Kemmerer, embraces traditional methods and top-quality products sourced from reliable suppliers in the Kleinwalsertal, the Bregenzer Wald or the Allgäu region. Their long-standing partnerships and friendships are based on a shared approach to growing produce, rearing cattle, hunting and producing.
