Our Nordperd is nestled in a verdant nature reserve with views of the two beaches (Nordstrand, the northern beach, and Südstrand, the southern beach), so we’ve gone and named two of our culinary outlets after them!

Come and find your favourite spot at our resort. You’ll be starting every day of your stay at Restaurant Flora, where we serve you an island breakfast fit for royalty. Throughout the day, the Café Nordstrand keeps you well fed with tasty snacks and home-made specialities. In the evening, head to our restaurant once again and sample our varied menu. And to put the proverbial cherry on top of an eventful day out by the sea, enjoy a drink at the Südstrand Bar. Have a seat and revel in your newly made memories.

In the afternoon, a lush spread of home-made sweet treats awaits: don’t miss out on our cream puffs and the popular Nordperd waffles.
Our charming service team looks after you with home-made speciality coffees, teas and refreshing soft drinks.

Restaurant Flora

Every evening, our atmospheric Restaurant Flora serves the culinary highlights of your holiday. Delicious drinks complement its traditional and varied cuisine. The venue itself is all about the pleasure of leisure: sweeping views of the Baltic Sea, a light-flooded sun room and plenty of evening sun on our restaurant terrace will make every moment one to remember.

All our dishes use seasonal products with an emphasis on regional sources, wherever possible. Chef Jens Radtke’s team conjures up delicious meals with skill and imagination. We are always on the lookout for new regional producers and suppliers who meet our high standards and are based on the island of Rügen or in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. We currently source our fish from Birnbaum & Kruse, our mustard from Senfmanufaktur in Garz and our game from Kajahn. To accompany your dinner, treat yourself to a traditional aperitif, your favourite wine, a draught beer, an espresso or a speciality from our local distillery ‘Brennerei Insel Rügen - "Ebbe & Flut" the ‘Schwatte Johanna’ blackcurrant spirit comes highly recommended. Our team would be happy to recommend a local favourite.

Südstrand Bar

Our barkeeper knows exactly where to go for a relaxing end to a long day out and about.

Head to our Südstrand Bar and enjoy a refreshing concoction served in a tumbler, tiki mug or cocktail bowl. Its extensive drinks menu comprises imaginative signature cocktails, aperitifs, spirits, select wines, draught beers and mocktails.

Feel free to come in for a chat, and we will recommend you our finest creations: think Coral Beach, Ipanema, Zombie, Mai Tai, Mojito and many others.
