General
Is smoking allowed at Nordperd & Villen Goehren?
- Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
Why do the rates for the same room differ on some days?
- The room prices are updated daily and always vary due to the current demand.
Is the WiFi in the hotel free of charge?
- Our WiFi is free of charge. Please select the network HNV in your WiFi settings and confirm the terms and conditions.
What should I do if I want to pay for my trip in advance via bank transfer?
- Please make sure to note your reservation number in the "reason for payment" field so that we can assign your payment to the corresponding booking.
Are pets allowed at Nordperd & Villen?
- We are very happy to welcome your four-legged companions to our hotel. We charge a fee of €18 per night. Please note that only selected rooms are reserved for dogs and reservations are, therefore, subject to request and availability.
Arrival
When can I check in to my hotel room?
- The rooms are ready for you upon your arrival starting at 3 pm.
Are there parking facilities on the hotel premises?
- You can park your car in the hotel parking lot for as little as € 9,00 a day.
Is there an electric vehicle charging facility at the hotel?
- At Nordperd & Villen there is no electric vehicle charging facility . Please use the surrounding charging stations on the island of Rügen.

Rooms & Suites
Is the minibar already included in the room rate?
- Yes, the minibar is already included in the room rate.
Are there bathrobes in the room?
- You will find bathrobes in your room. If you need a different size (S, L, XL and 4XL), please inquire at the PURIA Spa.
Is there bed linen available for people with allergies at the hotels?
- Yes, we will be happy to provide this as required. Please let the hotel know before your arrival.
Are there different pillows?
- You are welcome to choose from our pillow menu and select the pillow that best suits you.
Is there an elevator to the rooms in the hotel?
- You will find an elevator in the main building as well as in Villa Brunhilde.
How regularly are the rooms cleaned?
- As a rule, the rooms are cleaned every two days. The rubbish bin is emptied daily, towels are changed if necessary and the minibar is refilled. If you prefer, your room can also be cleaned daily. Please let us know this preference upon arrival.
PURIA Spa & Fitness
Is there a fitness room in the hotel?
- There is no fitness room. We offer various sport programs on different days, depending on availability and demand. Our reception team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Food & Beverage
What are the opening hours of the gastronomic areas?
- Island breakfast buffet: daily from 7.30-11.00 a.m. with open seating.
- Café Nordstrand: from 12.00 - 5.30pm warm dishes; coffee & cake from 2:00 - 5:00pm with additional sweet delicacies offered daily.
- Restaurant Flora: daily from 6:00 - 9:00pm a 4-course menu "So schmeckt Rügen".
- Südstrand Bar: from 8:00 - 11:00pm you can expect a wide variety of different bar creations, exquisite wines or freshly tapped beers and much more.

Activities
Is it possible to rent a bike at the hotel?
- You are welcome to order a bicycle from our team at the reception for €8,00 per day. This will then be brought to the hotel by our local bike rental company.
