Terms of payment:
First time travellers to the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts we would like to inform that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.

Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. The reservation can be changed until 30 days prior to arrival at the actual daily rate. In case of cancellation. we will charge the following fees:
• Until 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge
• 29 days or less prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount
Applicable charges in case of No-Show or early departure will be 60% of the total amount.
The local visitors tax will be charged individually at the hotel.
