Our hotel restaurant Giardino offers culinary treats every morning and every evening. Whether it’s a richly varied breakfast buffet to start the day or a three-course dinner – you're in good hands with Restaurant Giardino.

All of our delectable creations are conjured up by our one-of-a-kind kitchen and restaurant team – they aim to please day in, day out!

Our Team

Head Chef Enrico Graf

Head chef Enrico Graf has been in charge of the kitchen team since 2011. He’s been a fixture of the kitchen, and the hotel, from day one, having joined the team back when we opened in 2001.

Having started out as a chef de partie in the Restaurant Giardino, Enrico rose through the ranks and now heads up the entire team as a certified master chef. His focus is on regional, fresh and sustainable produce, and his dishes are all about ‘indulgence with a clear conscience’.

Restaurant Manager Kerstin Müller

Kerstin Müller joined the Strandidyll’s restaurant team in 2002. A strong track record in the role of assistant restaurant manager saw her promoted to manager of Restaurant Giardino only a year later. A trained Travel Charme sommelier, Kerstin is on hand to help you pick the perfect wine for the ultimate culinary experience.

And thanks to her TeaMaster Gold certification Kerstin guarantees top level tea culture at the Travel Charme Strandidyll Heringsdorf.

Breakfast Buffet

Kick start your day with a fantastic breakfast buffet at Restaurant Giardino.

Whether Strandtaler sliced cheese from the Ostseeländer organic cheese dairy, organic honey varieties with the unique floral aroma of the Western Pomerania lagoon area from the Trebeltal apiary, Baked goods from the Usedom bakery Haß, hearty cold cuts from the Heringsdorf butchers, or fresh eggs from Gut Thurbruch organic farm – whatever you choose, with our hearty breakfast buffet of the best regional ingredients, you're guaranteed a good start to the day.



In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a striking dinner setting. Half-board guests can look forward to a three-course regional dinner or one of our theme evenings. And, of course, you can choose from our à la carte dishes, too. Our authentic food is made with plenty of passion and love for the local area.

On Wednesdays. we invite you to sample our Italian buffet. Enjoy traditional Italian specialities, like fresh pasta with truffle sauce. And, when the weather is good in summer, we like to barbecue on the Giardino terrace.

On Fridays, we treat our guests to our regional fish buffet. Healthy and full of essential nutrients, fish was traditionally always eaten on Fridays in Pomerania. Look forward to a range of regional fish specialities with our rich buffet.
