To unload
You are welcome to drive to Straubinger Platz directly in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. Luggage trolleys are available. Please note that Straubinger Platz is a through road that must not be blocked.
Car park
Safe, convenient and stress-free: Our hotel does not have its own car park. Please use the APCOA public car park, which is within walking distance of the hotel. The price is €8.50 per day (subject to change). Please pay for your parking ticket at reception before you leave the car park.
Please note: for vehicles over 1.90m in height, you must use the rear entrance to the car park.
Arrival by train
Watch the passing landscape, indulge your thoughts and look forward to what is yet to come. Arriving by train is stress-free and allows you to spend the moment to your liking without any obligations.
The Bad Gastein train station is approximately a 20-minute walk from the hotel. However, due to the steep incline, we recommend taking a taxi or the local bus (stop: Wasserfall). Upon request and prior arrangement, we are happy to arrange a complimentary transfer from the train station to the hotel. Please contact us well in advance regarding this matter and kindly provide your arrival time and train details.

Arrival with the climate ticket from Austria
With the Klimaticket you can travel on all public transport in Austria. The ticket is valid for one year and costs 1095 euros, but there are also youth/senior or special tickets, namely for 821 euros. Family tickets are also offered. The ticket is valid for private rail transport, city transport and transport alliances - Austria-wide. So just take a train to one of the stations mentioned.

- From Salzburg Airport it is about a 75 minutes ride by rental car to the destination.
Munich Airport (250 kilometers away)
- From Munich airport it is about 3 hours and 20 minutes by rental car to the destination.
On request and after prior consultation, we will gladly arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Please contact us in this matter well in advance and let u us know of your flight times and flight number.
