First time travellers to the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts we would like to inform that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.

Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. A booking change is possible. In case of cancellation, we will charge the following fees:
• Until 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge
• 29 days or less prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount
Applicable charges in case of No-Show or early departure will be 60% of the total amount
The local visitors tax will be charged individually at the hotel.
