Convinces once again with top quality: Strandidyll Heringsdorf becomes IHK TOP training company 2024

More and more companies from the districts of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Vorpommern-Greifswald are offering high-quality training in the IHK vocational fields. This year, for the first time, the President of the Neubrandenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Eastern Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Dr Wolfgang Blank, together with the State Secretary for Economic Affairs, Jochen Schulte, awarded the title of "TOP Training Company 2024" to 70 companies.

The Strandidyll Heringsdorf is no exception. The Travel Charme hotel has been successfully training apprentices in the hotel and catering industry for many years. And this quality has been rewarded: the Strandidyll Heringsdorf has been awarded the IHK seal of approval for its special achievements in vocational training and further education as well as in career guidance and the development of skilled labour.

The IHK TOP training company 2024

All training companies from the Mecklenburg Lake District and Vorpommern-Greifswald region that have continuously offered very high-quality training in IHK professions for at least five years were eligible to apply for the prestigious IHK award. The application process includes questions relating to the organisation of training in the company, support for trainees, career orientation, environmental protection, sustainability, the digitalised world of work and career prospects. After a formal examination of the application documents with regard to training periods and legal requirements, an independent jury reviews the submissions and selects the award winners.
