Maximum enjoyment with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea at dinner on the Ferris wheel
Heringsdorf, 12 August 2024 - For the third time, the dinner at the Circle of Life in Heringsdorf is going high. Literally and in culinary terms. On 21 September 2024, the Hotel Strandidyll Heringsdorf, together with Fisch Domke and dessert specialist Bindi, invites you to an unforgettable banquet experience with an exquisite 3-course menu. Kai Diekmann will support the wine pairing with his Riesling. Marcus Scharon, General Manager Strandidyll Heringsdorf, is also looking forward to this highlight in the event calendar.
After the great success of the two Circle of Life dinner events last year, the sequel is now following: on 21 September 2024, Standidyll Heringsdorf will serve evening guests a first-class 3-course menu in the Ferris wheel on the Heringsdorf event meadow from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a lofty height, which, inspired by the view, spans a perfectly coordinated arc from the sea to the mainland. To ensure that the dishes arrive in the gondolas freshly prepared and in top quality, a kitchen street will be set up right next to the Ferris wheel.
Pralines made from home-marinated salmon and oysters are served as an amuse bouche. For the first round in the Ferris wheel, award-winning fish sommelier Andy Domke serves fine Baltic cod pralines with caviar from wild salmon, grilled wild prawns from the Atlantic with pepper sauce and sashimi tuna roast beef from yellowfin tuna with seaweed salad and scallops confit with truffle. For the main course, Strandidyll chef Enrico Graf will spoil guests with veal loin, barolo jus, truffled savoy cabbage, sautéed chanterelles and confit cherry tomato, accompanied by potato and celeriac puree. The evening is rounded off with a geometry of chocolate & pear on almond crumble and tonka bean ice cream as well as a selection of mini choux, arranged by Mario Mantowani and dessert partner Bindi. Usedom fan Kai Diekmann will provide the perfect accompaniment with his signature wine, the "Engelbert" Riesling.

In the Circle of Life, the air-conditioned gondolas can accommodate two to four people and up to 144 people in total. The event is therefore perfect for a romantic evening for two, a stylish dinner with friends or colleagues or a festive evening with a small family.
