Have you ever prepared your own apple juice? Our Strandhotel Bansin shows you how to do, and it’s really simple. The most important ingredients are apples and water. A little lemon juice, preserving aid, and sugar are the small extra components. In just under an hour, your homemade apple juice is ready! Enjoy!
Pumpkin soup with coconut milk and ginger
Autumn is slowly making itself visible and summer is starting to say farewell. The perfect time to make yourself a pumpkin soup with coconut milk and ginger. Our Strandhotel Bansin has designed the recipe for an evening of up to 6 people. A healthy and quickly prepared soup is always delicious. We wish you bon appétit!
Lemons are not only rich in vitamin C, but their juice also soothes our skin. A lemon-sugar peel removes dead skin cells. The skin gets improved blood circulation and feels soft, rosy, and tightened again right after a scrub.
The lemon scent of the lemon-sugar peeling is truly refreshing.
- 1 organic lemon (with zest)
- 300 gram sugar
- 40 ml coconut oil
- 25 ml oil (olive oil, grape seed oil, or almond oil)
The peeling can be used for the whole body. We recommend applying it in the shower. Take 1-2 tablespoons from the jar and rub it into the parts of the body to be exfoliated. Then shower off the peeling with lukewarm water. It is no longer necessary to apply cream afterwards, as the olive and coconut oils have already taken good care of the skin.
The sugar preserves the lemon-sugar peeling, which means it will keep for at least 6-8 weeks.
The peeling should be stored in a cool, dry, well-sealed, and dark place.
