Summer, sun, hooooliday!
Summer is finally on! The sun is shining, the meadows are in bloom and the first fruits are being eaten from the trees. But best of all: our hotels are allowed to open again and look forward immensely to welcoming you and giving you a dreamlike holiday.
For all those who are still waiting a little longer and would rather make themselves comfortable on the balcony or in the garden at home in June, we again have small surprises this month, such as the favourite recipes of our colleagues, a great yoga session with Anne for more flexibility as well as your free Travel Charme wallpaper for June.
Whether you’re on holiday or at home, we send you a big helping of sunshine and wish you a great June. And don’t forget: Children`s Day is on 01.06.2021! How about a nice family picnic in the park?
Yoga for more flexibility – 25 minutes
Body: We often strain our bodies one-sidedly and neglect our flexibility. With this yoga session you stretch the most important parts of your body. In this way you get to know your limits better and gradually give it more room to move again.
Emotions and mind: Stress and emotions are often trapped in the hips. With the help of exercises that open up the hip, you can release blockages and free up emotions. Just what you need to face a fast-paced, challenging everyday life with ease.
Intention: You become more flexible in your body and more flexible in your mind.
Important: Don't force anything, just repeat the sequence again and again. You will feel how your physical limits slowly shift.

How to easily make your own almond oil for the skin
- 100 ml almond oil (sweet / cold pressed) – provides the skin with sufficient nutrients and moisture, linoleic acid has an anti-inflammatory effect and skin irritation is soothed
- 20 ml evening primrose oil – especially for dry & chapped skin, it provides necessary gamma-linolenic acid, which allows the skin to store more moisture and relieves itchiness
- 10 drops of essential orange oil – relaxest the muscles and nerves, has a mood-lifting effect, is skin-caring and degreases
First, mix the various ingredients with a wooden stick in a bowl. Then, pour the mixed almond oil into a dark boiled jar, close it well and store in a cool place.
Apply the almond oil gently to the still slightly damp skin after the shower. This way, the body oil can be easily distributed, evenly massaged in quickly absorbed. For soft and nourished skin.
The almond oil is good until up to 6 month.
Essential oils can cause allergic reactions. Please test your skin for tolerance before use.
Not all essential oils may be used on children, babies and pregnant women. Please inform yourself about the ingredients beforehand.
