5.1 Consentmanager

We have integrated the “Consentmanager” consent management tool (www.consentmanager.net) from Consentmanager AB (Håltgelvågen 1b, 72348 Västerås, Sweden, info@consentmanager.net) into our website in order to request consent for data processing and the use of cookies or similar functions.

With the help of “Consentmanager”, you can grant or refuse your consent for specific functions on our website, e.g. for the purposes of integration of external elements, integration of streaming content, statistical analysis, reach measurements and personalised advertising. You can grant or refuse your consent for all functions for a specific purpose or individual functions with the help of “Consentmanager”. You can also subsequently change the settings you have made. 5.6 Google Ads and Google conversion tracking

This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (‘Google’).

We use Google Ads for what is referred to as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be installed. Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s computer by their web browser. These cookies expire after 30 days and cannot be used to identify users personally. If a user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user has clicked on the advert and was referred to this page.

To improve your user experience on our hotel website, we use a software provided by THE HOTELS NETWORK (https://www.thehotelsnetwork.com, Muntaner 262, 3º, 08021 Barcelona, Spain). Using The Hotels Network, we are able to measure your user behavior in an anonymised way to better understand how visitors use our website and offer a more relevant user experience. To enable this, The Hotels Network uses cookies to store data from website users such as browser information, pages viewed, scrolls etc. As any analysis or processing is always anonymised, it is impossible to identify the user in person from this data.

We work with Sojern, Inc. 255 California Street Suite 1000 San Francisco, CA 94111 (https://www.sojern.com/ ) to track your activity on our website, as well as to serve you with relevant advertisements from Travel Charme GmbH & Co. KG on unrelated websites.

These advertising services use pixel tags (aka web beacons), cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store non-personal information about your visit to our website.
