It’s those little extras that make a meal especially enjoyable while also demonstrating the class of a restaurant. At Strandhotel Bansin, one such detail is the open hob on which your breakfast egg is cooked to order before your very eyes.

The buffet leads guests into the temptation of trying something new every day. Everything from flaky croissants to crispy rolls, sausage and cheese, jams, cereals, grains, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Health-conscious nutrition has its place here as well – the buffet features a health-food area with low-calorie and whole-grain variants, lots of veggies, fresh fruit and salads. Stunning views await – and not just on the plate, but outside as well: the Baltic is just steps away even as you dine, making your meals twice the pleasure.

Half board

At the Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin, the classic half board is flexible. Enjoy the chef's daily recommendation as a 2-course menu or buffet variant (at the chef's choice) as part of your half board. Alternatively, you can choose between the á la carte menu in the Gabbiano restaurant or visit the Bistro & Bar Patio and take advantage of the bistro menu there within your half board.

Dinner for our little guests

Our younger guests are always catered for, too. And the best thing about it is: we have already prepared your very special seat for you. Whether it's a children's high chair or cushion, children's cutlery and plates, a colourful napkin and, of course, your own children's menu.

Tip: If you want to eat what mummy or daddy has ordered from the menu, you'll get that too, in "children's portions" of course.
