• The new Travel Charme guest indicates at the time of booking that they have been referred in order to enjoy their welcome gift.
• The referred guest fills out the online form below completely and sends it off. This will automatically be sent to the reservation department of the booked hotel. The referred guest will receive a copy for their records at the email address provided.

Or

• The referred guest completes this download form in full and presents it at reception on arrival.
• After the new guest's departure, the recommender receives a personalised voucher for the extension night by post, which can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue.

Dear referred guest, use the online form to participate in our guests recruit guests programme and receive a gift voucher of € 15.00 per full-paying person in a double room for your 1st stay with us as a gift in addition to the room upgrade.

Please note:

• You may only refer if you have already been a guest in one of the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts
• You may only refer people who have not yet stayed with Travel Charme and who do not have an active booking fort he future at the time of referral
• It is not possible to receive the extra night and upgrade in form of cash payment or to transfer to third parties.
• This promotion is only valid for direct bookings via customer service & reservations at any Travel Charme hotel or online on the website.
• Promotion is per room, not per guest
• The voucher cannot be redeemed over public holidays or in combination with special conditions
