Life is full of surprises. With our optional PremiumPackage, we make sure that nothing upsets you. For a surcharge of just €5.00 per person/night, you can exchange your booked stay for a voucher by 18:00 on the day before your planned arrival. In this case, you can rebook your trip or you will receive a voucher for the total value of your travel booking against prepayment of your stay. You can use the voucher flexibly within 12 months of the original travel date for a new booking at the same hotel at the same or a higher travel price.

How do you book the PremiumPackage?

The PremiumPackage can be booked by telephone or online.

Book the PremiumPackage by telephone:

You will be informed of the optional PremiumPackage during the telephone reservation conversation with our staff. You decide whether you want to cover yourself.

Book the PremiumPackage online:

With just a few clicks to cover your vacation. When booking online, first select your travel period, the desired offer subject to availability. You will then be offered the PremiumPackage as an additional service, which you can select and add directly if you wish.

How much does the PremiumPackage cost?

For the option of the PremiumPackage you will be charged 5,00 € for each adult guest and night in addition to the travel price. There is no surcharge for children traveling with you. The PremiumPackage can only be selected for the entire duration of the trip. Partial reservations for a certain period of the stay are unfortunately not possible. In case of rebooking and changes, you decide again whether you want to cover yourself with the PremiumPackage for the new travel period. In this case, the PremiumPackage will be charged again according to the duration of the trip.
