Wellness and relaxation on 900m² directly on the Baltic Sea with a view of the sea from the indoor panorama pool or the relaxation areas.

Our exclusive packages with natural treatment products are tender loving care for new mums and mothers-to-be. And children can discover the fun side of wellness together with mum or dad. A melted chocolate bean massage, a quark facial to lick off,  fingertips dancing across the back like ants. Enjoy time with family!

After a fun-filled day, our saunas offer a haven of feel-good fragrances and exotic blossoms for a relaxing end to your day. Starting with Kneipp benches, various treatments, adventure showers and heated benches, you can sweat your cares away at your preferred temperature in the crystal steam bath, aroma bath or Finnish sauna with infusions.

Enjoy a pleasant break from the everyday in our year-round heated 105 m² indoor pool. Our small guests can splash around in the integrated toddler area. Swim ’til you’re fit (or fit for a break) with our in-pool hydro-flow system, laze the day away or simply float to your heart’s content as you gaze out to the Baltic Sea.

Aqua Fitness
Combine water and exercise for a weightless workout. Easy on the joints and bones, it boosts circulation and gives you a cardio workout while the water pressure gently massages your skin.

Healthy Backs
A pain-free back is a beautiful back. This gentle but effective abdominal and back training gives you exercises and tips for lasting back health. We recommend wearing lightweight sports clothing.

Pilates
Pilates is a form of physical and mental training involving stretching and strengthening exercises to boost concentration, coordination and fitness, helping you learn how to control the body with the mind.
