Together with our partner, HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung AG, we have developed an individual travel insurance package for you.
If you choose our ‘Germany policy’, HanseMerkur offers you comprehensive protection, e.g. against high cancellation costs in case of illness, any rebooking fees or theft of your luggage. And with your guardian angel travelling with you, you get to enjoy your holiday to the maximum. In case of severe incidents such as burglary, your return trip will be organised for you and all related additional costs will be covered.
If you’re travelling with your dog, you get a special bonus: if your dog falls ill and you cannot travel, your cancellation insurance will cover you. As an alternative to the Germany policy, you can book cancellation insurance separately. Our ‘Europe protection package’ covers stays in Travel Charme hotels outside of Germany, provided they are not located in the traveller’s home country.
