If you visit the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts for the first time we would like to inform you that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.
Terms of Cancellation:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. A booking change is possible until 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of a complete cancellation we charge the following fees:
• Until 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
• 29 days or less prior to arrival: 80% of the total price of the booking
In the event of no show or early departure we charge: 80% of the total price of your booking.

Spend the Christmas holidays at the Straubing Grand Hotel and enjoy the daily afternoon snack in the Straubing Café or on the terrace during your stay. After an aperitif together, a festive menu with accompanying drinks awaits you on Christmas Eve, while our kitchen team will spoil you with a 4-course gala menu on Christmas Day.
