If you visit the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts for the first time we would like to inform you that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.

Terms of Cancellation:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. A booking change is possible until 30 days prior to arrival at the actual daily rate. In case of a cancellation we charge the following fees:
• Until 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
• 29 days or less prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount
In case of no show or early departure we charge will be 60% of the total amount.
The local visitors tax will be charged individually at the hotel.
