Noodle soup like at great-grandma Anna's, deer from the neighboring forests or handmade Harz cheese from the cheese dairy in the neighboring village - we are at home in the Harz and would also like to give you a culinary impression of the region during your visit. From the variety of products of our regional suppliers, chef Ronny Kallmeyer conjures up creative compositions that make the Harz and its surroundings tasty. Quality, tradition and passion are always the focus. We are all the more pleased to be the only restaurant in Wernigerode to have been awarded the "Typisch Harz" regional label. The label honors high-quality products, culinary specialties and traditional crafts from the region.
